- 2 skinless salmon fillets approximately 1.5 cm thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a plate and coat both sides with the marinade.
Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between the fillets.
Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 8 minutes, starting with a cold air fryer.
Check the thickest part of the salmon with a food thermometer. For food safety, it should reach 145°F (63°C). If needed, continue cooking in short increments until it reaches this temperature.
Carefully remove the salmon and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
