Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of the fillet in a crosshatch pattern to create small squares.
  • Mix the soy sauce, pesto, and olive oil.
  • Massage the mixture evenly over the entire salmon, making sure it gets into the cuts.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
