- 100 grams almond flour
- 80 grams mixed nuts chopped
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 –3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons chia or flax seeds optional
- Shredded coconut optional to roll the salami
- Pinch of salt
Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk, then stir until smooth.
Fold in chopped nuts and seeds.
Place the mixture on parchment paper and shape it into a log.
