Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 80 grams mixed nuts chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoons chia or flax seeds optional
  • Shredded coconut optional to roll the salami
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk, then stir until smooth.
  • Fold in chopped nuts and seeds.
  • Place the mixture on parchment paper and shape it into a log.
  • Roll it tightly, coat in shredded coconut (if using) and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
  • Slice and enjoy it with coffee or as a small dessert.
