For the Chicken
- 2 lb chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Orange Sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken thighs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until almost fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the orange juice, soy sauce, and honey to the same skillet.
Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes.
Stir together the cornstarch and water until smooth.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the sauce and stir continuously.
Simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked and coated with the orange sauce.
