Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk.
  • Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, and grated cheese to the same bowl.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.Whisk everything together until well combined.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a small non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently spread it evenly.
  • Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the bottom is set and lightly golden.
  • Carefully flip the omelette to the other side and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully cooked.
